In the following four steps you apply for TWYP for your web shop:

Step 1 

Apply for a free Test account without any obligation. If you decide to start using TWYP later contact the TWYP Servicedesk(020-6522500 or twyp@mail.ing.nl).  The TWYP Servicedesk will then send you the following documents:

• Agreement and TWYP General Terms and Conditions, both in duplicate
• Application forms for credit card acceptance and other financial service providers

Step 2

You should fill in the following documents and have them signed by an authorised person within your organisation:

• TWYP agreement in duplicate
• TWYP General Terms and Conditions in duplicate
• Application forms for credit card acceptance and other financial service providers
• Please also send an extract of the Chamber of Commerce of your company and a copy of your proof of identity.

Step 3

After the TWYP Servicedesk has received the signed documents, they will be checked for completeness and the relevant documents will be sent on to the credit card companies. The agreement and the general terms and conditions signed by ING will be returned to you.

Step 4

After the registration numbers have been received from the credit card companies and from other financial service providers they will be configured for you. After you have carried out a set of test transactions, you can have your account activated on line.
